Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the provision of services by Westside Mogul Resin ("we", "us", "our"), based in Calgary, Alberta. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are based on the information and photos you supply. Written quotes are fixed-price for the scope described in them. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed (for example, hidden moisture issues, prior coatings, or structural damage), the quote may be revised. Any revision will be presented in writing and approved by you before work proceeds.

2. Scheduling & Site Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area on scheduled dates and to clear the area of vehicles and belongings as instructed. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling. Epoxy and resin systems require temperature and humidity conditions during application and cure; interior spaces must hold the required temperature for the duration specified in your quote.

3. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are stated in your written quote or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, the balance is due upon completion and final walkthrough. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by Alberta law.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

Where offered, our 12-month recoat guarantee covers peeling, delamination, or hot-tire lift on surfaces we prepared and coated, under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by structural slab movement, flooding or sub-slab moisture beyond disclosed conditions, impact damage, chemical abuse, or modifications by others. Guarantee terms specific to your project are stated in your written quote and prevail over this summary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the space during installation and cure.

6. Website Content

Content on this website is provided for general information. Colours, patterns, and finishes shown in photographs (including stock imagery) are illustrative; metallic and stained finishes are by nature variable and no two installations are identical. All website content is owned by or licensed to Westside Mogul Resin and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation and deposit-refund terms are set out in your written quote. Materials custom-ordered for your project may be non-refundable once ordered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you engage our services applies to that engagement.
